How it started
Building a deck has always been my favourite part of the trade. As an apprentice, I couldn't wait to build my first one. And when it finally came around, it didn't feel like work. I think it's because I love being outside — barbecues, sun, summer, beers with mates. A deck is the thing that makes it all happen.
So when I went out on my own, I kept waiting for the deck jobs to come in. One day I just thought — I can build the company I'd want to hire.
That was the start of Endure.
Why "Endure"
Outside of work, I do a lot of endurance sport — multiple marathons, multiple Ironmans. The things that make you good at endurance — consistency, discipline, doing the work properly when no one's watching — are the exact same things that make a deck last.
Endure isn't just a name on the side of the ute. It's how the business runs.

Eight years on the tools before launching Endure. Lachlan started the business on one belief — trades work should be done properly or not at all. He oversees every project from design through to handover. Off the job site he trains for Ironman. The same mentality that gets him across a finish line after 226km is the one he brings to every build.

Bailey runs the build on site — keeping the project moving, the standards high, and the client informed every step of the way. Former rugby league player, which tells you everything about how he shows up to work. When he's not on the tools he's off-grid somewhere with a campfire.

Quiet, precise, and exceptionally good with timber. Marius has been part of the Endure crew from the beginning. Sometimes rides his Harley to site — always shows up ready to build something worth being proud of.
