Two years ago Lachlan started Endure with a simple belief — that trades work should be done properly or not at all. What began as a one-man operation has grown into Perth's go-to residential decking company for western suburbs homeowners who refuse to compromise on quality. With eight years on the tools before launching the business, he knows exactly what good looks like. When he's not overseeing projects, managing the design process, and holding the team to an uncompromising standard — he's training for Ironman. That same mentality that gets him across a finish line after 226km is the same one he brings to every build. Endure isn't just a business name. It's a philosophy.

Bailey has been with Endure since day one. He runs the build on site — keeping the project moving, the standards high, and the clients informed every step of the way. Former rugby league player, which tells you everything you need to know about how he shows up to work. When he's not on the tools he's somewhere off-grid with a campfire.

Marius has been part of the Endure crew from the beginning. Quiet, precise, and exceptionally good with timber. Sometimes rides his Harley to site — always shows up ready to build something worth being proud of.
