From enquiry to handover
How we turn a backyard into the best room in your house.
We've refined this over hundreds of projects. Every step exists for a reason — to protect your budget, your timeline, and the quality of what gets built. Nothing is skipped. Nothing is vague.
Fill out the short form on our website. Tell us a little about your project — suburb, rough size, material preference if you have one. That's all we need to get started.
One of our team calls you directly — no call centre, no automated system. We'll ask a few questions about your block and your brief, and decide together whether it makes sense to meet on site.
Before anyone visits site, we sit down with you over video. We walk through the Endure process, discuss material options, understand your brief and budget, and answer your questions. You'll leave with a clear picture of what's possible and what it's likely to cost.
If we're a good fit, we come to you. We measure the space properly, photograph the site, check subfloor conditions, and get a feel for how you use the area. This is where we spot the things a phone call misses — awkward access, existing structures, slope.
Key step
This is the step that separates a real project from a vague quote. We produce full 3D renders, final drawings, and a fixed-price proposal — documented in a Project Development Agreement (PDA). The PDA costs $1,299–$3,000 depending on project complexity. If you proceed to build, the full PDA fee is credited against your contract.
You review the renders and proposal, make any adjustments, and sign the build contract. We lock in your build slot and order materials. From this point forward, price is fixed.
Before the first tool hits the ground, your Project Manager walks you through the build sequence, access requirements, and daily communication plan. You'll know exactly when we arrive, what happens each day, and how to reach us.
Where council approval is required, we manage the paperwork. Progress invoicing is milestone-based — you pay as each stage is completed and signed off, not upfront.
Same crew, start to finish. Your PM sends a photo update at the end of each build day. We work to our 5-point structural checklist on every project — subframe, bearer, joist, fastener, finish. No shortcuts, no substitutions.
Walk-through with your PM before we leave site. First oil included on all timber decks. We're back at 12 months to check fasteners, movement, and finish. Your warranty starts from handover day.
