Fill out our enquiry form — five quick steps — and we come back within 24 business hours. From there our estimator comes out, measures up and gives you a verbal estimate on the day, or we put together an online estimate off your photos and details.
We reply within 24 business hours. On the estimate path, you'll get a realistic range to plan around before anything is committed.
Either way, we work out what success looks like — your budget, your timeline, and whether we're the right fit. If we're not, we'll tell you.
After the consult or estimate, every project moves into the Planning Stage.

We plan before we build. Every project gets proper scaled plans, materials locked in, and a fixed price you can trust — before a build contract is ever signed.

Where a permit is needed, we handle the full application.
Structural coordination
Engineer sign-off included where your build requires it.

Full scope locked in before a build contract is signed.

Build
Contracts are signed, your deposit is paid, and your build is scheduled.
We hold a pre-start meeting on site — your consultant and project manager confirm every detail before work begins.
Construction starts. Your project manager sends a photo update at the end of every build day.
Fixed price
What we quote is what you pay. No variations unless you change scope.
