3D Design & Layout
Full dimensions, board layout, framing plan, step placement — everything drawn up properly, not sketched on a napkin.
Materials Specification
Every product called out by name. Timber species, fixings, hardware, finishes. No ambiguity, no surprises.
Full Bill of Quantities
A complete itemised list of everything required to build the deck. Quantities, sizes, the lot. Hand this to any supplier or use it to build yourself.
Council Approvals
We handle all documentation and liaise directly with council. We know exactly what's required — no back-and-forth, no delays.
Full Construction
Our team builds it. One crew, start to finish. Trades coordinated, site kept clean, handover done properly.

Get the full design package — renders, plans, materials spec, bill of quantities — without committing to a build.
Use the plans to DIY, get other quotes, or apply for permits yourself. The designs are yours.
If you do decide to build with us, the full design fee is credited to your build. You're not paying twice.
Full Design & Build
End-to-end
One team handles everything. Site visit, 3D design, council approvals, construction, handover. You make the calls — we do the work.
Fixed price quoted upfront. No surprises, no scope creep, no juggling multiple contractors.

Site visit
We come out, measure up, and talk through what you're after. Takes about an hour. No charge, no obligation.
3D Design
We build the 3D model and render it from multiple angles. Usually 5–7 business days. You'll see exactly what you're getting.
Approve & Revise
Review, refine, repeat. Move things around, change materials, adjust layout until it's right. Revisions included.
Council (if needed)
We handle all documentation and submit on your behalf. Most approvals take 2–4 weeks. We'll tell you if you need one.
Build
Our crew builds it. Most decks done in 3–5 days. Site kept clean, tradespeople coordinated, progress communicated.
Handover
Final walkthrough, warranty documentation, and you're done. The deck is yours.
